Policies & terms
Return policy
1. Current status. A return address, return procedure and responsibility for change-of-mind return postage have not been confirmed. For help, email contact@vanteli.shop. Do not send parcels to the business address unless it is specifically confirmed as the returns address.
2. Your 14-day cancellation right. Under UK distance-selling rules, when you buy online you generally have 14 days after the day you receive your goods to tell the seller that you wish to cancel, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. These rights will apply in full to Venteli orders once sales begin.
3. Condition of returned items. To be eligible for a full change-of-mind refund, items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with any tags still attached, and in the original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may lead to a deduction from your refund, as permitted by UK law.
4. How to start a return. Email contact@vanteli.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then confirm the return address and instructions. The return address and any return postage charge will be made clear before sales begin.
5. Return postage. Responsibility for the cost of return postage on change-of-mind returns will be stated in this policy before checkout opens. For faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, we will cover reasonable return costs as required by law.
6. Exchanges. If you would prefer a different size or colour, the confirmed exchange procedure will be published before sales begin. Where an exchange is not possible, a return and refund will be offered instead.
7. Exceptions. Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where UK law allows, for example items that have been personalised or, for hygiene reasons, certain sealed items once unsealed. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages before checkout opens.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods. Change-of-mind rules do not replace your rights when goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Under UK consumer law you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods. We will publish a clear way to report a problem before accepting orders.
